Duties andResponsibilities工作职责
· Monitor Club IC Agent to ensuremaximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition to all PCR members,VIPs and repeat guests, and promptcordial attention from arrival through departure
· 通过对员工业绩的认可,提升员工工作热情,监督洲际俱乐部员工工作,在客人到达至离开酒店期间,为客人提供个性化服务,尽量让客人满意。
· Monitor Club IC Agent to ensurePriority Club members consistently receive all benefits, repeat guests andother VIP’s receive special recognition and service
· 监督洲际俱乐部员工工作,确保优悦俱乐部成员能获得最大利益,回头客及重要客都能受到特别的关注。
· Inspects all VIP rooms prior toarrival
· 在客人到达前,检查重要客人房间。
· Greet VIP guests personally
· 单独迎接重要客人。
· Liaise with other departmentsand necessary outside contracts to ensure excellent service delivery
· 与其他部门保持合作,与必要外界部门保持联系,确保为客人提供优质服务。
· Promote Inter-Hotel sales andin-house facilities
· 促进酒店内房间及设施的销售
· Perform such functions as toinclude but not be limited to:
· Solicitationof Priority Club applications
· Attendingto special requests by guests
· 完成以下职责:
· 接受优悦俱乐部会员申请。
· 满足客人特殊要求。
· Review arrival lists for allarrivals and VIPs to check room allocations, amenities, and special requests
· 查看所有到达客人及重要客人清单,查看房间分配,房间内设施,及客人特殊要求。
· Prepare requisitions foramenities on a timely basis
· 及时在房间内准备令客人愉快的物品。
· Overall responsible forensuring and maintaining the entire range of services offered for the Club ICwith the aim to maximum guest satisfaction
· 全面负责洲际俱乐部的服务,尽量让客人满意。
· Appraise appearance, disciplineand efficiency of all staff under direct supervision and initiate immediateremedial action if necessary
· 对直接管理的员工的外貌、工作的有效率进行评价,在必要时及时对错误行为进正。
· Conducts shift briefings toensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known
· 进行有效的交接班简报工作,以明确酒店活动和运营要求
· Supervise Club IC andInspiration Centre operations during assigned shift including:
· 在当班期间监督洲际俱乐部和灵感天地运营情况,包括:
· Maintenance of guestinformation
· 维护客户信息
· Maintenance of informationabout local events
· 维护当地活动的信息
· Compile occupancy statistics
· 统计入住情况
· Supervise the use of he publicaddress system
· 监督公共广播系统的使用
· Assisting with seriouscomplaints
· 协助解决严重投诉问题
· Supervise cashiering activitiesduring shift including:
· 在当班期间监督收银活动,包括:
· Cash handling and bankingprocedure
· 现金处理和银行业务程序
· Dealing with irregular payments
· 处理非法支付情况
· Instructing staff in creditpolicies and facilities
· 就信用政策和设备对员工进行指导
· Instructing staff in cashsecurity procedures
· 就现金安全程序对员工进行指导
· Carry out debtor control
· 实施应收帐款控制
· Prepare reports
· 准备财务报告
· Supervise the cashiering system
· 对收银系统实施监管
· IC Deliver Food and Beverageservice of high standard and in accordance with IHG standards and procedures
· 按照洲际集团的规范和要求,提供高标准的餐饮服务。
· Communicates to his/hersuperior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information
· 与上级领导交流有关疑难,客人意见和其它相关信息。
· Prepares for service byensuring:
o 确保监督好部门员工的以下各项工作
o Outlet equipment is clean
o 设备干净
o Equipment is sorted and stored
o 设备分类且存放好
o Glassware is polished
o 玻璃器皿擦亮
o Flatware is polished
o 擦亮餐具
o China is clean
o 清洁瓷器
o Waiter stations are prepared
o 准备好服务台
o Cutlery is placed for buffetand table service
o 摆放好自助餐桌上的餐具
o Tables are set
o 摆设好餐台
o Lounge is ready for service andguest comfort
o 酒廊准备就绪为客人提供舒适的服务。
o Guests are greeted and seated
o 迎宾并安排客人就坐
o Trays and tray jacks areeffectively used
o 有效的利用托盘和托盘架
o Guest table are cleaned and re-set quickly
o 快速的清洁用餐区和重新布置
o Bar is clean
o 清洁吧台
o Used ashtrays are regularlycleaned
o 定时清理用过的烟灰缸
o Making and presenting cocktails
o 调配和装饰鸡尾酒
o Coffee and tea is served hotand in accordance with standard
o 按规范提供热的咖啡和茶
· Take appropriate action toresolve guest complaints
· 正确处理客人的投诉。
· Performs related duties andspecial projects as assigned
· 承担相关的职责和安排的特别项目。
