岗位描述:
1. Assists the Executive Housekeeper with the planning, organization and supervision of the cleaning and maintenance of the floors.
协助行政管家做好楼层的计划、组织、监督清洁维护工作。
2.Work closely with the Reception to ensure correct room status at all times.
与前台接待密切合作,时刻确保正确的房态信息。
3. Assist in Housekeeping operations. Coach talents and provide assistance when necessary.
协助管理客房运营,分配和监督员工的工作并在需要时提供帮助。
4.Ensures that consumption of guest supplies is under control.
确保客用品的消耗得到合理的监督。
5.Ensure proper handling of Lost and Found.
确保恰当的处理客人的失物与招领。
6. Assists in preparing monthly forecast for Housekeeping department.
帮助准备每个月的客房部报表。
7.Check guestroom to ensure cleanliness up to the standard set up by the hotel.
检查所有客房,重要客人的房间以及重要客人的到达,以及常住客人的房间卫生。
8.Well handling guest requests and complaints.
采用正确的方式处理客人的要求和投诉。
