·         Assists in developing and conducting training programs.

·         Respect the electronic equipment; maximize the service life of the equipment.

·         Develop and maintain hotel’s training facilities which include the training room & library

·         Ensure wherever possible that ambassadors are provided with a work place free of discrimination, harassment and victimisation

·         Treat complaints of harassment and discrimination promptly and confidentially.

·         Treat customers and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect and sensitivity.

·         Assist to provide training to support quality standards to ensure a luxury guest experience

·         Assists the Learning & Development Manager to develop hotel annual training plans.
协助学习与发展经理制订饭店年度培训计划。
·         Prepares report of the training results.
每次培训后,做好培训记录报表。
·         Maintains hotel training material.
管理酒店培训资料。
·         Develops some generic training manuals and courses
制订基础培训的培训手册和培训课程。
·         Keep update hotel training tracking and online courses tracking and report to L&D manager.
持续追踪酒店培训课程及在线课程完成情况,完成追踪报表并向学习与发展经理汇报。
·         Ensure that training records of Ambassador at different department is maintained.
确保按部门对大使培训记录的归档。
·         Assists the Learning & Development Manager develop training policies and procedures.
协助学习与发展经理制定培训制度和程序。
·         Schedules and attends trainers meeting.
·         安排并出席酒店内部培训员会议。
·         Conduct orientation program for new Ambassadors.
对新大使进行新大使入职培训。
·         Assist in conducting in-house generic training programs (for example, Courtesy, behavior & attitude, Grooming, and Communication Skills) for Ambassador.
协助实施基础培训项目,如:礼貌礼仪,行为和态度,仪容仪表和沟通技巧等。
·         Finish grooming, telephone manner, hotel product knowledge, greeting and department training spot check and report to L&D manager to maintain hotel Ambassador meet hotel standard.
完成酒店仪容仪表、电话礼仪、产品知识、问好和部门培训每日检查并完成相应报告给学习与发展经理审核,确保酒店大使在以上几方面符合酒店标准。
·         Assist to Buddy Program conducted in hotel and complete the monthly interview and report to L&D manager.
协助新大使师傅项目在酒店的实施,并完成月度面谈及报告,报学习与发展经理审核。
·         Manage monitor the usage of the training aids, daily inspection and distribution of training rooms, be sure that they are in good order, with the desired room set-up and training aids as required.
管理培训辅助设备的使用,每日合理分配培训教室的使用,并确保培训教室的整洁,设备安放到位。
·         Monitors training for new Ambassadors, keeps records and reports to the Learning & Development Manager weekly.
监督新大使的培训,每周向学习与发展经理汇报培训报告并归档保存记录。
·         Monitor present and future training trends, practices and system that are beneficial for hotel Ambassador and recommends to the Learning & Development Manager for implementation.
注意培训发展趋势,向培训部经理建议并作相应的调整,从而提高酒店大使素质。
·         Assists Learning & Development Manager to implement and monitor Ambassador relations and motivation through the training program in the hotel.
协助学习与发展经理做好促进大使关系、调动大使积极性的工作。
·         Assists the Learning & Development Manager to coordinates and executes Ambassador social, athletic and recreational program and facilities.
协助学习与发展经理组织大使的社会、运动和文体活动。
·         Disseminates information regarding hotel training.
传达酒店的培训信息。
·         Coordinates on kinds of L&D report
协助完成各种学习与发展报告
·         Coordinates functions and activities with other department.
协调与其他部门的工作和活动
