救生员Life Guard

Primary Responsibilities主要职责
·To abide hotel relevant rules and operation accord with regulation strictly. 
·To ensure the work area cleanliness and provide good service. 
·To get the key to open relevant doors of swimming pool, open the doors, electricity switch, and air conditioner. Assure the area lighting, and adjust the suitable temperature of AC.
·Polite to the guest and sales the other facilities positively. 
·Ensure all the service standards and appearance of the staff is to the required standard. 
·Ensure all Hotel rules, regulations and policies and procedures are observed correctly. 
·To provide the amenity in time. 
·Make a periodical check on all operating equipment in the Recreation and ensure it is clean, well maintained and in good operational order. 
·To ensure the person and property security. 
·To fill work sheet at any moment, make finance report to relevant outlet. 
·To communicate with guest and collect the suggestion and hobby. 
·To carry out the swimming pool regulation, and persuade guest who cannot jump、run and play near the side of swimming pool, persuade the person do not come into the swimming pool to have rest. 
·To hold the position carefully, cannot leave swimming pool without any permission, thought should be concentrated and reflect agility, to watch out guest circs, if find the danger can save in time, and assure the guest life security.
·Perform the duties of a Guest Service Agent whenever necessary. 
·To assist the water quality measure staff to complete the water quality disposal and maintain.
·Co-operate and coordinate with all other Departments as required. 
·Perform and other duties assigned by the Recreation Supervisor or Senior Management. 
·遵守酒店各项规章制度，严格按规范操作。 
·保证工作区域的干净整洁，为客人提供优质的服务。 
·按时领好部门钥匙打开泳池的门，打开各通道的门、电源开关、空调。保证各区域的照明，空调调制正确合适的温度。 
·礼貌待客、积极推销其他设施。 
·确保形象和服务都达到酒店的标准。 
·确保正确执行酒店各种规章制度和政策程序。 
·及时补充客用品。 
·定期检查部门中的设施设备，确保所有设备保养良好，整洁完好，运作正常。 
·保证客人的人身安全和财产安全。 
·随时填写好相关的工作表格，做好相关的财务报表交至相应的部门。 
·与客人保持良好的沟通，收集客人的意见及喜好。 
·严格执行泳池规定，礼貌劝阻泳客勿在池边跳水、追逐、打闹或非泳客人进入游泳池范围休息。 
·坚守岗位，人不离池，思想集中，反映灵活，密切注意池内泳客的情况，发现险情及时抢救，保证泳客的生命安全。 
·随时履行服务人员的职责。 
·协助完成水质处理和保养
·与其他各部门保持友好的合作。 
·执行健身中心主管或上级领导分配的其他任务。
