职位描述
招聘人数:1人
1.    Provides guidance and assistance to the outlet employees helping them in the execution of their duties and responsibilities.
提供指导和援助,以帮助部门员工完成和履行职责。
2.    Oversees the service standards in the outlet ensuring that they conform to the requisite standards and meet or exceed customer expectations.
监督服务标准确保符合和达到部门的标准并超过客户的期望。
3.    Liases with the kitchen, stewarding, bars, housekeeping and engineering to ensure that the operation runs smoothly in areas of joint responsibility.
联络厨房,管事部 ,酒吧,客房,工程以确保在连带的工作区域运作顺利。
4.    Prepares duty rosters, and implements vacation and public holiday schedules.
准备排班表安排员工休假以及国家法定日的日程安排。
5.    Assists in the planning and execution of promotional activities as directed.
在指导下协助上司制订计划并付诸行动。
6.    Maximizes revenue in the outlet by implementing upselling procedures.
通过实施促销计划将厅面的收益最大化。
7.    Procedure Monitors and controls the financial performance of the outlet controlling costs and expenses.
监测和控制财务状况以控制成本和费用支出。
8.    Participates in the preparation of the outlet’s annual departmental budget as directed.
在指导下参与指定年度部门预算。
9.    Assists in monitoring and controlling the hotel’s OE inventory and participates in inventory taking.
协助监测和控制库存并参与盘点。
10.    Conducts frequent front and back of house checks ensuring mise-en-place, service procedures, standards of cleanliness and hygiene, repair and maintenance, employee grooming and manning levels are in order and takes appropriate action where necessary.
反复检查前,后台的工作准备以确保备餐,服务程序,卫生状况,维修,员工仪容仪表和员工配置符合程序并在  必要时采取行动。
11.    Assists in the maintenance of efficient administration preparing and submitting reports on time as directed.
协助上级在高效率的管理下维护设备并及时呈递报告。
12.    Assists in the selection, training and evaluation of subordinate employee.
协助挑选,培训和评价下属员工。
13.    Coaches, counsels, disciplines and develops subordinate employees.
指导,建议,训练和发展下属员工 。
14.    Handles customer complaints if possible, or reports them to supervisors.    
尽可能处理客人的投诉,或向主管报告
15.    Adheres and ensures that all policies and procedures, and Staff handbook regulations are abided by
坚持遵守规章制度及员工手册上的规定。
16.    Observe the Labor Law
遵守劳动法有关规定。
