Primary Responsibilities主要职责
·Manage in-coming clients enquiries received via fax, phone and email effectively to ensure all calls are handled professionally, promptly and courteously.
·Provide accurate resorts & hotels information to all clients and efficient coordination of requests from FITs or Groups to ensure high level of customers’ satisfaction.
·Possess excellent product knowledge to enhance work efficiency and productivity.
·Convert each caller’s enquiry into reservations with the relevant tactical programs developed by sales.
·Assist sales team to achieve sales targets by promoting and representing appropriate tactical sales programs to prospects.
·Provide efficient support by maintaining an updated product file for the various resorts, thus, ensuring the Team has the most current information readily upon request.
·Collate reports and prepare presentation materials.
·Provide administrative support to the Sales Team in terms of preparing sales quotation and proposals.
·Prepare sales contracts, update contract summary and follow up with clients on outstanding contract.
·Work closely with various department especially Reservation, Front Office & F&B etc.
·To supervise and co-ordinate the activities of all groups and functions both internal & external functions.
·To supervise and co-ordinate with Sales & Marketing Offices and the hotel’s operations regarding organizational aspects of meeting groups, functions, photo shooting and media visit.
·Conducting site inspection on behalf of DOS and Sales Manager (during their absence) for corporate organizations and travel agencies.
·To assist with DOS/SM and the hotel operations regarding organizational aspects of any group’s activities, important events and VIP guests.
·To assist with the Sales and Marketing Offices and the hotel operations regarding organizational aspects of meeting groups and functions to ensure the successful planning and execution of these events.
·To assist with DOS/SM for overseeing the activities of all in house groups ensuring events are executed as planned and customer expectations are met.
·Maintains supplies of brochures, CD-ROM and relevant collateral, re-ordering when required.

·通过及时维护更新销售数据文件,确保销售团队在收到信息问询是能及时准确提供。
·收集报告及数据,准备相关展示资料。
·协助销售团队准备报价及团队计划书。
·准备销售合同,更新合同汇总表,更近客户还未签订的合同。
·与各部门保持良好的合作关系,特别是与预定部,前厅部及餐饮部。
·监督及协调来自内部及外部的团队活动及大型宴会。
·监督及协助销售办公室和酒店运作部门做好会议团队,大型宴会及媒体采访,摄影活动。
·代表销售总监及销售经理(在他们出差期间)带领客户及旅行社参观酒店。
·协助销售总监及酒店运作部门关于团队活动,重要宴会及重要客人的接待。
·协助销售办公室及酒店运营部门,关于会议团队及大型宴会的组织工作,确保各项活动的顺利策划及运行。
·协助销售总监关注所有在住客人的举办的活动,确保活动如计划所行,并达到客人的预期目标。
·维护好宣传册,CD及相关销售资料的库存量,确保所需。
