工程安保总监 Director of Engineering & Security

1. 指导和控制所有工程安保下属员工确保每天运行问题被及时处理, 达到客人预期。
Directs and controls all subordinate Engineering & Security associates to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met.
2. 通过日常检查和决定合适的整改措施保持设备设施完好。
Maintains facilities and equipment by and conducting routine inspections and determining appropriate rectification measures.
3. 保持系统能快速有效地处理客人每天的请求。
Maintains systems to be able to handle day to day guest requests quickly and efficiently.
4. 计划并安排合适的预防性维修。
Plans and schedules appropriate ongoing preventative maintenance.
5. 保存所有的蓝图、图表、手册、维修记录、日志及部门相关的定期的有效运行的信息记录。
Keeps records of all information in the form of blueprints, diagrams, manuals, maintenance records, logs and journals relevant to the efficient operation of the department.
6. 通过监控效用成本和消耗，发展和促进节能程序。
Develops and promotes energy conservation by monitoring utility costs and consumption.
7. 监控酒店承包商的工作标准以确保达到协议的质量。
Monitors the standard of work carried out by contractors engaged by the hotel to ensure that it meets the agreed quality.
8.确保跟进和贯彻正在进行的预防性维护程序。
Ensures the implementation and follow up of ongoing preventive maintenance program.
9. 执行酒店的规章制度。保障酒店财产，酒店客人及员工的生命和财产安全。
Implement the hotel's rules and regulations. Ensure the safety of hotel property, the lives and property of hotel guests and associates.
10. 协助制定酒店安全保卫制度、防火制度，协助酒店各个部门的安全管理。向酒店管理层提出并排除事故隐患或火灾隐患。
Assist in the development of hotel security and fire prevention systems, and assist in the safety management of various departments in the hotel; Propose and eliminate accident or fire hazards to the hotel management.
11. 组织对酒店各个部位的安全检查和日常巡视、巡逻。
Organize safety inspections, daily patrols, and patrols of various parts of the hotel.
12. 制定火灾等紧急突发事件处置预案，并组织人员演练。负责对火灾、爆炸等突发事件的现场指挥和抢救 。
Develop emergency response plans for fires and other emergencies, and organize personnel drills. Responsible for on-site command and rescue of emergencies such as fires and explosions.
13. 遵守劳动法有关规定。
Observe the Labor Law.
