Primary Responsibilities / 主要职责
· Assist all departments with basic artwork requirements under supervision.
协助各部门完成基础的美工设计工作
· Assist in executing advertising and creative briefs on a timely manner.
协助按时完成广告及创意需求。
· Assist in creating artwork and input for flyers for direct mail and promotional activities for rooms and conferences.
协助制作宣传单页的设计内容，协助客房及会议推广活动。
· Help maintain and update promotional flyers.
协助维护和更新促销传单。
· Help maintain stock of printed materials.
协助维护印刷品的存放与整理。
· Assist in coordinating and maintaining the supply of corporate gifts and promotional items.
协助协调及管理公司礼品和促销用品的供应。

Knowledge and Experience / 知识和经验
· College degree or above (currently enrolled or recent graduate accepted).
大专及以上学历（在校生或应届毕业生均可）。
· Basic knowledge of graphic design and online marketing.
具备平面设计及线上营销的基础知识。
· Good time-management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
具备良好的时间管理能力，能够处理多项任务。
· Familiar with Microsoft Office software, graphic design tools, and photo editing software.
熟悉使用Microsoft办公软件、平面设计软件及图片处理软件。
