Job Summary:
1. Take food and beverage orders; retrieve and serve alcoholic /non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables.
2. Direct Servers and runner on table service in assigned station according to restaurants specifications, courteously and efficiently.
3. Collect payments. Assist in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment.
Candidate Profile:
1. Two years of related work experience.
2. Fluency in oral and reading English Understanding.
3. Marriott Group or Ritz-Carlton Hotel work experience preferred.
