市场销售总监 Director of Sales & Marketing

Job Summary:
1. Responsible for the leadership of all aspects and functions of the Sales/Marketing department in accordance with hotel standards. Directs hotel sales force to properly represent the hotel within the designated market Ensures and coaches hotel sales force. Meet goals in room nights and revenue as assigned.
Candidate Profile:
1. Minimum 10-years work experience in hotel industry from a sizeable international hotel organization with catering sales / operation experience.
2. Fluent in Mandarin & English.
3. Luxury hotel work experience preferred.
