Job Summary:
1. Responsible for Learning & Development department.
2. Coordinates property compliance training programs.
3. Ensures participants receive the appropriate propertyand company orientation.
4. Promotes and informs employees about all trainingprograms.
5. Administers and delivers core training initiatives incompliance with corporate training and development standards.
6. Coordinates Employee Development programs.
7. Plans and organizes employee activities.
8. Other duties assigned.
Candidate Profile:
1. Minimum 3 years experience in training field.
2. Fluent in Mandarin & English.
3. Good knowledge in computing skills.
4. Marriott and luxury hotel experience preferred.
