1. To achieve departmental goals, in terms of Guest Satisfaction, financial targets, training and high talent morale.

2. Complies with the hotel specific, guidelines of W Guests Experience Index. The incumbent will fully support initiated systems and procedures to meet and if possible exceed guest’s expectations and drive this result in constant progression.

3. Oversee the preparation of daily banking and cash flow reports.
协助监督准备每天的财务及现金处理报告。
4. Control guest checks and secure proper payment. Utilise prescribed cash handling procedures to accurately charge customers.
负责客人的账单、检视正确的付款及结账。
5. Control usage of food and beverage items and appropriate usage of equipment, tools and service equipment ensuring the equipment is used in a correct and safe manner.
指导英才了解与安全使用工具与设备。
6. Maintain clear communication channels within respective team to enhance talent satisfaction and productivity.
确保团队之间的沟通顺畅,英才满意度和生产力提高。
7. Control and check daily operation of all POS systems.
每日检查与控制点单系统。
8. All cancelled dockets are to be summarized on the void and cancelled summary and signed.

10. Assess work operations and prepare plans to implement change when required.

18. Promote the hotel and W products.

19. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests.

20. Know how to use POS cashier system.

21. Adhere to hotel cleaning and maintenance programs.

23. Drive the Food Safety and Hygiene manual in conjunction with the Hygiene Manager in the venue and ensure 100% compliance.

24. Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures.

25. Be familiar with property safety, current first aid fire emergency procedures.

26. Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements.
