成本主管Cost Control Coach

1. Set up the receiving standard policy & procedures and ensure the properly implementation.
制定完善收货平台标准工作操作流程并得以执行。
2. Participate into pricing system setup and Optimization.
协同制定完善采购价格体系及定价流程。
3. Setup daily, monthly cost reports based on operation requirements, responsible to produce and distribute these reports timely.
制定符合营运需要的日报表，月报表，并负责该等报表的制作与发送。
4. Check the open PO on monthly basis, coordinate with purchasing department to follow up the open POs and cancel it timely if no special circumstance.
对已生成超过一个月的定单执行月度检查，协调采购部落实与跟进，如无特殊情况，应及时关闭。
5. Keep good communication with cost function talents, can investigate problems and solve the problems in time.
与成本部各同事保持良好沟通，及时发现问题并解决问题。
6. Basic level in written and spoken English.
基本英文书写及口语水平。
7. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
良好口头及书面沟通技巧。
