To ensure the
smooth and efficient running of Human Resources Department. Responsible for the total Human Resources
function of the hotel. To establish and maintain excellent talent relations and
morale to achieve a high standard of talent performance in line with Company’s
guest satisfaction objectives, as well as the hotel’s business and strategic
plans. Create and maintain a hotel culture that provides the environment
required to meet the visions.
保证人力资源部顺利有效运作，全面负责酒店的人力资源功能；建立及保持良好的英才关系和士气，以提高英才服务标准达到集团客人满意目标及完成酒店的商业战略计划。创造良好的企业文化，达到集团宗旨要求。
Establish,
maintain and ensure adherence to all finance related policies and procedures.
建立，保持并确保执行政策与程序。
Work closely
with the Director of Human Resources in implementing, achieving and maintaining
the hotel’s goals and objectives.
紧密协助人力资源总监,贯彻、完成或保持酒店的目标和任务。
Experience with Marriott Group is preferred.
拥有万豪国际酒店集团经验优先。
