在市场传讯总监的指导与监督下，严格遵循酒店现行政策及流程开展工作，通过高效的市场沟通维护并提升酒店品牌形象，助力酒店营收增长。协助统筹市场传讯部日常运营，确保各项工作高效落地、按时完成。严格把控所有宣传物料与广告内容，使其符合集团标准，精准呈现酒店品牌形象与市场定位。协同市场传讯总监，共同推进厦门W酒店品牌定位落地及营收目标达成。围绕酒店市场营销战略规划与整体经营目标，为市场传讯总监提供专业建议与支持，持续塑造并强化厦门W酒店优质品牌形象。严守集团各项标准，保障品牌形象统一，维护酒店及关联酒店的整体品牌口碑。
Works under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Marketing Communications, within the framework of the hotel's existing policies and procedures. Maintains and enhances the hotel's positive image through effective marketing communications, thereby driving revenue growth. Assists in managing the Marketing Communications department to ensure dally tasks are completed in a timely manner. Ensures all promotional materials and advertisements meet brand standards , preserving the hotel's correct image and positioning. Collaborates with the Director of Marketing Communications to achieve the market positioning and revenue objectives of W Xiamen, Provides advice and support to the Director on hotel strategic plans and overall business objectives related to marketing and sales, and upholds the strong brand image of W Xiamen, Maintains group standards, brand consistency, and the brand image of both properties.
