岗位职责
1、With Director of Sales plan sales strategy and implement tactics to achieve budget
与销售总监一起计划并执行销售策略,完成预算。
Establish new business and maintain existing business accounts through the preparation and execution of action plans
通过制定和执行工作方案来开发新业务客戶,维护现有业务客戶。
3、Convert sales leads
转化销售线索。
Handle accounts/prospects jointly with senior positions
与高职位员工一起处理客户或可能成为客户的业务。
Solicit and close business according to established parameters
根据建立起来的监测数据接收和拒绝业务。
Conduct familiarizations and site inspections
执行使客人熟悉环境的现场考察活动。
Maintain a regular sales call pattern
保持定期的电话销售模式。
Monitor competitive set and communicate tactical changes to Manager
监测同档次酒店并与经理就策略的更改进行交流。
Attend regular meetings
参加例会。
10、Entertain prospects and existing key accounts with the view to sustain business and generate further sales
招待潜在客户和现有重要客户以获得业务和创造更多销售额。
11、Report as required on sales activities and successes
按要求汇报销售工作和战绩。
12、Participate in conducting client interviews
参加客户拜访。
13、Maintain regular contact with other hotel guest managers in the area
与所在区域内的其他酒店客户经理保持定期联系。
14、Monitor competitor activities
监测竞争对手的工作。
15、Build profile in market place
在市场上创造声誉。
16、Assist Director of Sales with collateral distribution and direct mail campaigns
协助销售总监分发宣传品和直邮广告。
17、Develop and maintain contact with business generators, meeting and convention planners,
visitors/Convention Bureau travel agents, tour operators, airlines, corporate accounts, Government Departments and other producers closely allied to Hotel Business
与业务供应方,会展策划人,游客或会展旅行代理,旅行社,航空公司,公司,政府部门及其它与酒店业务密切相关方建立和保持联系。
18、Work in line with business requirements
依照业务需求开展工作。
