9. Plan sales call activities under the directapproval of DOS to major marketing areas, sales call on existing and potentialaccounts within their specific areas.
10. Sales Targets: To achieve sales objective and goalto generate maximum high yield in accordance with the specific sales actionplan.
11. Cover market segments as directed and assigned byDOS
12. Assists and supervises in the execution of salesand marketing plan.
13. Assists in the development of new products and services.
14. Promotes products and services.
15. Considers tourism issues relevant to the hotel.
16. Customer Relation: Maintain good contact withexisting customers.
17. Manages the sales and promotions of products andservices.
18. Maintains and implements effective interpersonalskills.

21. Constant customer contact directed towards existingcustomers and potential customers.
22. Identifies and handles sales leads effectively andefficiently.
