Key Responsibilities 主要工作职责
1.Prepare and serve a selection of wines as per the established Four Seasons Standards.
2.Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the restaurant server using the hotel’s point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest’s original order.
3.Service and take orders for wines from guests as per the request from any restaurants.
4.Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

Preferred Skill and Qualification 任职要求
1. High school education or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum three years bartending or related work.
3. Ability to pour, mix, and blend a wide variety, of wines, spirits, and missed drinks.
4. Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails.
5. Intermediate English ability.
