6、协助处理突发事件。
1. Responsible for the management of Front Office department, familiar with the functions of the FO service facilities, and make sure they are in good condition.
2. Conduct relevant market plan analysis, develop departmental work plans, and complete work reports.
3. To achieve highest room occupancy and generate best room revenue.
4. Supervise subordinate department supervisors, assign work tasks, clarify job responsibilities, and adjust work deployment at any time.
5. Maintain good customer relationships and be able to independently and effectively handle guest complaints.
6. Assist in handling emergencies.
