1、负责宴会和会议，展示会等的推销、预订工作；
2、负责直接销售，代表酒店利益，保持客户；
3、充分了解现有的市场趋势和条件，从而保持生产销售配合；
4、与餐饮部总监和行政总厨沟通协调，共同议定宴会菜单及价格；
5、与其他部门沟通、协调、密切配合。
1. Responsible for promoting and booking banquets, conferences, exhibitions, etc;
2. Responsible for direct sales, representing the hotel's interests, and maintaining customers;
3. Fully understand the existing market trends and conditions, in order to maintain production and sales coordination;
4. Communicate and coordinate with the Director of Food and Beverage and the Executive Chef to jointly negotiate the banquet menu and prices;
5. Communicate, coordinate, and closely cooperate with other departments.
