全面负责监督、计划、控制及协调有关宴会厅服务及人事方面的工作。
全面了解相关的食品、饮料、服务知识。
确保准确无误的将酒店标准和政策传达给员工，并执行统一的品牌标准。
按照宴会订单确保所有活动的摆台，确保摆台工作在活动开始前一小时按要求完成，并对各种活动的更改、取消做出及时反应。
对新入职员工和老员工进行培训。
对员工进行工作表现评估和进行相关奖惩。
按餐饮部总监要求完成正常的财务及工作报告。
随时对部门收入及相关成本控制保持关注。
Responsiblefor overall supervision, planning, control and coordination of all activitiesof personnel engaged in serving food and beverages in theCo-meeting.
Have a comprehensive understanding of relevant food, beverage, and service knowledge.
Ensure accurate and precise communication of hotel standards and policies to employees, and implement unified brand standards.
Ensure the setup of all events according to the banquet order, ensure that the setup work is completed as required one hour before the start of the event, and respond promptly to any changes or cancellations to the event.
Provide training for all Banquet staffs.
Conduct evaluations of employees and implement relevant rewards and punishments.
Complete normal financial and work reports as required by the Director of the Food and Beverage Department.
Always keep an eye on departmental revenue and related cost control.
