1、协助市场销售部人员做好横向业务联络和处理来函来电等日常行政管理工作。
2、负责拟写公函、便函、简报及公文等文件,经上级审批后外发。
3、做好对外业务洽谈部门会议等各类会议的记录工作。
4、负责整理并保管销售人员的销售报告、工作汇报及销售计划等。
5、负责整理并保管部门所有营业推销、各类信息资料、各种表格及其他有关文件。
6、负责部门日常考勤及其他行政事务。
1. Assist the staffs in the Marketing and Sales Department in maintaining horizontal business connections and handling daily administrative tasks such as incoming letters and phone calls.
2. Responsible for drafting official letters, memos, brief reports, official documents, and other related documents, which will be sent out after approval by superiors.
3. Keep records of various meetings, including those for external business negotiations and departmental meetings.
4. Responsible for organizing and maintaining sales reports, work reports, sales plans, etc. of sales personnel.
5. Responsible for organizing and maintaining all sales promotion materials, various information documents, various forms, and other relevant documents of the department.
6. Be responsible for the daily attendance and other administrative affairs of the department.
