Overall responsible for the daily operation and management of the restaurant, ensuring the achievement of established revenue targets, profit goals, and guest satisfaction indicators through effective team leadership, service execution, and cost control.
Experience as a Restaurant Manager in an international hotel chain / internationally branded hotel.
Knowledge and working experience in beverage / F&B beverage operations preferred.
