· Assist Human Resources manager to deal with the Human Resources affairs ofproperty.
协助人力资源部经理处理物业的人力资源部工作。
Major Responsibility主要工作职责
· With the property HODs(Header ofDepartment) to establish a close strategic partnership and provide advice andsuggestion.
与物业部门经理建立紧密的战略伙伴关系并提供咨询及建议。
· Ensure the HR department specialprojects and work plans are implemented correctly and timely.
确保人力资源部的特别项目及计划正确并及时地执行。
· Responsible for the day-to-dayhuman resource tasks such as payroll, welfare supervision, human resourcestransaction processing services, staffing relations coordination, etc.
负责日常人力资源工作任务,诸如工资发放、福利监管、人力资源事务处理服务和员工关系协调等。
· Responsible for human resourcesplanning, recruitment, performance management, C&B adjustment and successionplanning, etc.
协助完成人力资源规划、招聘、绩效管理、薪资福利调整、继任计划等。
· Responsible for training anddevelopment.
负责培训和员工发展规划。
· In compliance with the Ascott Group'sEnvironmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and policies, pay attention toenergy conservation and the safe operation in daily work.
遵守集团的环境健康安全方针政策,日常工作中注意节能和安全操作。
· Perform other tasks assigned bymanagement.
执行管理层交办的其他工作事宜。
Requirements 资质要求
· More than 2 years relevant HRexperience in hotel / service apartment management;
至少2年以上在酒店/服务公寓行业人力资源管理者的工作经验;
· Familiar with regional pay andbenefits status, and have a good working experience in the recruitment ofstrategic management and training management;
熟悉区域薪资福利状况,并在招聘策略管理和培训管理方面有很好的工作经验;
· Familiar with the domestic laborlaws;
熟悉国内的劳动法规;
· Good Chinese andEnglish communication skills;
良好的中英文沟通能力;
· Can withstand strong workingpressure.
能承受工作压力。
