Create compelling pre and post-event marketing content to promote and drive participation in events, including designing posters, creating EDMs, crafting engaging social media posts, writing articles, and updating website content.

Develop a comprehensive calendar of events and social media content to engage both in-house and external guests, generating awareness and encouraging participation.

Take charge of planning, executing, and evaluating events held within lyf, ensuring seamless organization and flawless execution.

Build and manage the events strategy and creative development, including budgeting, processes, program planning, and collaboration with internal and external partners.

Forge partnerships with relevant merchants (e.g., F&B, retail, festivals, art, design, tech, crafts, concerts, sports) to establish special rates and preferred access for guests, known as #lyfperks.
与相关商家建立合作关系(例如餐饮、零售、节日庆典、艺术、设计、科技、手工艺、音乐会、运动等项目),为宾客设立特惠价格和优先访问权,即#lyfperks(专属礼遇)。

Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of events in coordination with the lyf Champion and/or corporate lyf team.

Monitor and promptly respond to guest feedback regarding events and partnerships.

Showcase proficiency in organizing PR and promotional events, driving brand visibility and attracting target audiences.

Collaborate with the corporate lyf team and cluster marketing team to execute marketing strategies and plans for lyf properties within the city.

Create property-specific and local-specific content for social media coverage, ensuring relevance and impactful storytelling.

REQUIREMENTS
资质要求
•
Degree in related field such as marketing or event management.
相关领域的学位,如市场营销或会务管理
•
Preferably to have at least 2 years of experience in community management, events planning, partnerships curation, marketing and social media marketing.
至少两年的社区管理、活动策划、合作伙伴关系策划、市场营销及社交媒体营销的经验。

Hands-on experience with social media management.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
