Major Responsibility 主要工作职责
• In charge of the daily work of the club house. Proper and timely deal with the customer
requirements, inquiries and complaints.
处理会所的日常的工作。妥善及时地处理客户的要求、询问和投诉。
• Responsible for the operation of meeting rooms, fitness room, swimming pool, sauna, dressing
room and laundry (if any).
负责会场布置,健身房、泳池、桑拿房、更衣室和洗衣房(如有)的正常运营。
• Assist the Club House team to conduct sales activities actively and effectively, including but not
limited to ASR and property accessories. Establish a good relationship with customers to increase
property sales revenue in case there are additional sales tasks of the meeting room and gym,
协助会所团队积极有效进行销售活动,包括但不仅限于雅星会会员招募以及物业周边产品。如有会
场、健身房的额外销售任务,会所要建立对客良好关系,努力增加物业销售。
• Assist for cost control, resources allocation, operating cost reduction. Implement the department's
budget, ensure all accounts are accurate and closed within the safe account period.
协助成本管理,合理调配资源,降低运营成本。执行本部门的财政预算, 及时有效的跟进处理所有账
目,确保账目的准确和在安全账期间内结算。
• If necessary, report to the supervisors in time.
如有需要,及时向上级汇报。
• Ensure to comply with the Ascott related policies, procedures and standards.
确保并遵守雅诗阁相关的政策、程序和标准。
• In compliance with the Ascott Group's Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and
policies, pay attention to energy conservation and the safe operation in daily work.
遵守集团的环境健康安全方针政策,日常工作中注意节能和安全操作。
• Complete the internal training on time.
按时完成部门所涉及的培训。
• Any other tasks assigned by the supervisors.
上级主管交办的其他工作。
Requirements 资质需求
• College degree and above, major in hospitality or hotel management. Have working experience in
swimming pool is preferred.
大专以上学历,酒店或旅游类专业毕业。有游泳池工作经验者优先。
• Over 1 years working experience in wellness center of serviced apartment or starred hotels.
具有1年以上服务公寓/星级酒店健康中心工作经验。
• Professional grooming with good communication skills.
良好的仪容仪表,良好的沟通能力。
• Good communication and can work under great pressure.
善于沟通,能够承担较大的压力。
