大堂吧主管Lobby Bar Supervisor

岗位职责
1.确保酒店大堂吧的营运，满足并超越客人的期望；
2.控制成本；
3.培训员工；
4.维护食品质量卫生。
岗位要求
1.有一定酒水知识；
2.能熟练运用英语与客人交流；
3.能胜任倒班的工作。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the smooth operation of the hotel lobby bar, meeting and exceeding guests' expectations.
2. Control costs.
3. Train staff.
4. Maintain food quality and hygiene.
Job Requirements:
1. Have some knowledge of wines and spirits;
2. Be proficient in communicating with guests in English;
3. Be able to work on a rotating shift basis.
