·Understand the knowledge and able to perform all treatments offered at the HC as per
standard and policy.
·Ensure all room treatments are clean, re-set up, neat and replenish at the beginning and ending of each shift.
·Provide professional, healing treatment to all our guests without discriminately.
·Maintain the cleanliness of HC pantry and store on day-to-day basis.
·Ensure all operating supplies are available on a daily basis.
·Attend all HC related training
·Maintain professional relationship with guests.
·Provide the monthly inventory (product, equipment and tool).
·Collect the general store requisition, snack from kitchen and flower.
·Replenish the daily stock for linen, towels and other supplies as per stock standard.
·Co-operate with team members in any task that related to provide the best guest service.
·Effectively inform and educate our guests about specific wellness concern
·Be flexible with schedule, supporting the needs of the HC.
·Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with the cost controls.
·Actively promote the HC, treatments, services, retail and memberships, as well as programs, promotions or discounts available.
·Handle guests questions and concerns professionally and courteously
·Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests.
·Conduct the opening/morning duty as per opening checklist task for opening shift therapist.
·Assist in all areas of HC operation as requested by the management
·Conduct the closing duty as per closing checklist task for closing shift therapist.
·To fully understand, implement and maintain the standard staff policies and procedures.
·Be in charge of Reception as needed and handle duties.
