1.掌握所负责楼层的住客状况,提供对客服务。
Master the guest status of the floor in charge and provide guest service.
2.管理好楼层定额物品,严格控制客用品消耗,做好废品回收。
Managed floor quota items, strictly controlled consumption of guest articles, and recycled wastes.
3.负责对结帐房间的查房工作。
Responsible for checking out rooms
4.负责查收宾客洗衣、酒水的送回和补充工作。
Responsible for receiving guest laundry and beverage return and replenishment.
5.负责楼层公共区域卫生的清洁工作和部分房间的清洁工作。
Responsible for the sanitation of public areas on the floor and the cleaning of some rooms
6.负责杯具的清洁与消毒工作。
Responsible for the cleaning and disinfection of cups and utensils.
7.负责脏布草的收集、更换与新布草的折叠、摆放工作。
Responsible for the collection, replacement and folding and placing of dirty linen.
8.完成易耗品的每期盘点工作。
Complete each cycle of inventory of consumables.
岗位要求 Job requirements
1.有1年以上客房工作经验者优先。
At least 1 year guest room working experience is preferred
2.身体健康,吃苦耐劳。
