岗位职责
Job responsibility
1、负责办理普通员工的入职、离职手续, 及人事变动的审核工作。
Responsible for handling the entry and resignation procedures of ordinary employees, and the review of personnel changes.
2、负责员工人事档案的管理, 及对外公文之草拟和处理。
Responsible for the management of staff personnel files, and drafting and processing of external documents
3、协助建立酒店人事管理相关制度、员工保险及福利方面的政策。
Assisted in establishing the hotel's personnel management system, employee insurance and welfare policies.
4、负责各种人事政策的具体实施及检查工作。
Responsible for the specific implementation and inspection of various personnel policies.
5、酒店员工社保及公积金增减。
Increase or decrease of social insurance and provident fund for hotel employees.
6、酒店员工考勤等审核。
Checked hotel staff attendance, etc.
7、领导交代的其他工作。
Other tasks assigned by leaders.
岗位要求
Job requirements
1、大专以上学历,酒店人事工作经验至少1年以上;
College degree or above, more than 1 years working experience in the hotel human resources.
2、熟悉员工的有关法规和条例;
Familiar with relevant laws and regulations of employees;
3、熟悉员工的规律、特点和岗位培训工作程序;
Be familiar with the rules, characteristics and job training procedures of employees;
4、了解酒店员工的服务工作规范和质量标准的要求;
Understand the service specifications and quality standards of the hotel staff;
5、形象良好,具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力;
Have a good image,good communication and coordination skills.
6、具有较强的文字综合能力和口头表达能力;
Have strong comprehensive writing ability and oral expression ability.
7、擅长招聘工作,熟悉HR各模块工作流程者优先。
Skilled in recruitment work,familiar with all modules of HR.
