岗位职责 Job responsibility
1.做网络运营计划，销售酒店群的客房，会场，餐厅等产品.
Make network operations plan, sales of hotel rooms, venues, restaurants and other products.
2.开发网络客户资源，拓宽酒店产品销售渠道.
Develop network customer resources, broaden the hotel product sales channels
3.全面规划直播的内容和优化直播的质量
Fully plan the content and optimize the quality of the live broadcast
4.对每天的直播数据进行整理及分析，及时发现问题并解决

5.负责直播内容策划，短视频拍摄文案

1、形象身材姣好，对自己有较高的形象要求

2、传媒、新闻、广告等专业，善于表现自己

3、具有良好的语言表达能力及应变能力
Good communication skills and adaptability
4、熟悉抖音直播平台直播规则.有抖音直播运营.内容营销相关经验优先。
Familiar with vibrato live platform live rules. Have vibrato live operations. Content marketing related experience is preferred
5.良好的团队合作精神和丰富的团队建设经验，能够在较大的压力下实现市场运营目标.
