岗位职责
Job Responsibilities
1.负责通过公关和促销活动实现酒店利润最大化
Responsible for maximizing hotel profits
through public relations and promotional activities
2.配合市场销售总监制定市场营销策略和计划，并且按照制定的计划执行，以达到营销或线上渠道销售目标
Work with Marketing Director to develop
marketing strategy and plan, and execute according to the plan to achieve
marketing or online sales target
3.制定和执行酒店数字营销活动
Develop and implement hotel digital
marketing campaigns
4.跟踪新媒体平台推广效果，分析数据并进行反馈，总结经验且建立有效运营手段提升用户活跃度
Track the promotion effect of new media
platform, analyze data and give feedback, sum up experience and establish
effective operation means to enhance user activity
5.与集团保持良好沟通，及时完成集团推广的活动
Maintain good communication with the group,
complete the group promotion activities in time
6.预测市场需求，为酒店争取市场关键时机。
Forecast market demand and strive for key
market opportunities for the hotel.
7.协助各下属酒店公司收益最大化，提高市场份额，同时取得更好的收益。
Assist each subordinate hotel company to
maximize revenue, increase market share, and achieve better revenue.
8.始终能对环境竞争，优化每间可销售客房的平均收益。
Always compete against the environment and
optimize the average revenue per saleable room.
9.相应敏锐的洞察力，在公司里利用收入管理策略的眼光来领导团队。
Corresponding keen insight to lead the team
with a vision of revenue management strategy in the company.
10.监督各酒店公司房间预订流量，节假日、特定时间段、OTA平台等价格展示情况，并确保操作系统与公司标准相一致。
Supervise the room booking flow of each
hotel company, the price display of holidays, specific time periods, OTA
platforms, etc., and ensure the operating system is consistent with the company
standards.
11.具备制订和执行营业预算及经营计划的能力。
Ability to formulate and implement business
budget and business plan.
12.具备制订符合下属酒店公司总体营业目标及行动方案的能力。
Have the ability to formulate the overall
business objectives and action plans in line with the subordinate hotel
companies.
13.负责跟踪和分析预订流程，团队流量，特别关注和加强团队预留房管理，更好的做好团队适度减量，最大程度提高收益。
Responsible for tracking and analyzing the
reservation process, team flow, paying special attention to and strengthening
team reservation management, doing a better job of appropriately reducing team
volume and maximizing revenue.
任职资格
Job requirements
1.大学专科及以上学历，具备国际联号工作经验优先
College degree or above, international union work experience is preferred
2. 能掌握数字化相关数据
Ability to master digital related data
