1、确保餐厅政策和程序与品牌标准相符并得到贯彻和执行。

8、问候客人,解决客人提出的各种意见及问题,随时保持销售意识以增加收入。

9、在客人点单时向他们推荐餐厅的食品及饮料。
Recommend the restaurant's food and beverages to guests when they order
10、保持并不断拓展与客人的良好关系。

11、能在经理不在时执行经理职责。
Ability to perform manager's duties in manager's absence
12、有灵巧的处理对客关系的技巧。

岗位要求Job Requirements
1、有社会餐饮运营及管理经验优先。
Experience in social catering operation and management is preferred
2、有2年以上餐厅运营的相关工作经验。
At least 2 years working experience in restaurant operation
3、良好的个人仪表。
Good personal appearance
4、性格开朗、自信、吃苦耐劳。
Cheerful, confident, hard-working
5、很好的与各级同事沟通,能指导并激励员工。
Communicates well with colleagues at all levels and can guide and motivate employees
