有独立处理相关危机事件的能力和经验。Leadership throughout the all front office areas and mentoring role for hotel’s Front Office employees.领导整个所有前厅区域酒店并对前台员工进行一个指导作用。Handles all operations in night shift处理夜班的操作运营Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel features and services, all room types, rates, special package and promotions全面了解酒店的特性和服务包括所有房间的类型价格和特殊的套餐还有促销。Ensure complete information about Food and Beverage services as well as other ongoing promotions in the market about the hotel.确认了解详细促销内容关于餐饮部还有完整的信息关于当地酒店市场。Be aware of Daily arrivals / departures / room availability, Scheduled in-house activities了解每日到达和离开和可用客房的信息,和内部活动信息。Maintain complete knowledge of all Front Office department policies / service procedures.全面了解前厅部的政策和服务流程。Maintain complete knowledge of (PSB) Public Security Bureau requirement and continuously monitor accurate record updating全面了解公安的安全要求和不断的监控并更新记录。With approval, adjusts rate strategies if revenue opportunities demands (in the absence of Front Office leadership) Achieves sell-out when opportunity arises批准调整利率政策,如果在有收入要求(当没有前台领导)的情况下当机会出现完成销售。Ensures all employees are performing the assigned tasks whilst adhering to the standards in all front of house areas确保所有员工都在执行所分配的任务同时坚持前厅部门的要求。Monitors wastage and energy consumption throughout the hotel监控整个酒店的耗损和能源消耗Responsible for providing accurate Rooms Revenue Report and report all findings of discrepancies负责提供准确的客房收入报告并报告所有的误差。Takes responsibility in absence of higher authority in situations requiring Management support/action需要承担相应的责任在更高权限人不在的情况下。Monitors performance standards, reporting issues/concerns as needed throughout the hotel监控执行标准报告酒店所需要的问题。Ensures that he/she is aware of all events during the previous shift by going through appropriate logbook/reports/incidents upon arrival.确保员工了解前一班留下的工作通过留下日志报告和事件到达的时候。Maintains a record of all guest incidents and takes corrective action to resolve problems持续记录所有宾客的事件并采取正确的措施解决问题。Is aware of all happening in the hotel, which may affect the role of the DM. This would include management decisions, new directives and rates etc…意识到所有发生的事情在酒店可能会影响到值班经理的作用,这包括管理决策,新的指令和利率等。Ensures that all required reports are accomplished, completed on time and are distributed to the appropriate departments.确保所有的报告完成并及时的发个相关部门。Coordinates and alerts with security department in the investigation of irregularities events协助调查和通知安全部门调查违规事件。Monitors, reports and makes recommendations on security and safety issues for guests and employees as noted during shift监控报告并建议相关的安全问题并告诉员工在轮班的时候。Solicits guest feedback and reports the same to concerned departments征求客人的反馈和报告同意有疑问的部门。Resolves guest queries, complaints and monitors ensure there is on-going satisfaction解决客人的疑问投诉,监控确保客人的持续满意度。Oversees all front of house operations ensuring that guests are handled quickly, efficiently in all their needs.监督前台的操作确保有效的满足宾客的需要。Reports efficiency problems and suggest solutions for resolving them.有效率的报告问题并提出解决方案Monitors all Housekeeping room status discrepancies prior the end of the shift.在轮班结束前检查所有客房的状况差异。Prepares and follows up on maintenance orders准备并跟进维修订单。Is a witness to the breaking-open of safety deposit boxes and other cash handling process requirements见证安全保管箱和其他现金处理流程的要求Directly supervises the Front Office employees and ensures the punctuality, proper appearance and correct attitude of all employees.直接进行监督前厅部员工并确保员工准时并拥有一个正确的仪表和正确的态度。Observes the activities of F&B outlets working with the outlet managers/supervisors concerned and reports any discrepancies to the FOM/F&B观察餐饮与餐厅经理主管与工作有关问题并报告如果有任何差异。Ensures proper handover of information on shift change确保正确的交班信息。Reviews all reports made during the shift and checks with the concerned departments for content completeness回顾轮班期间的所有问题和报告并与相关部门核对内容的完整性Ensures everyone takes ownership of hotel equipment, timely reporting of malfunction or maintenance deficiencies to appropriate areas确保每个员工都积极主动的维护酒店的设备并及时报告故障或维修缺陷故障。Participates actively in company-initiated employee activities积极参加公司发起的员工活动。Conducts shift line-up进行交接班。Ensures appropriate updates on Mystique for all guest profiles including incidents as well as preferences.确保更新Mystique里所有客人的档案包括事件和喜好。Assist with Reservations calls. Handle all Reservation calls after the office is closed-process, record and follow up any details relative to such.协助预定电话和处理所有的预定电话并记录和跟进与其相关的所有细节。Provide Concierge service when no Concierge is available and handles most concierge and front entrance related issues.处理礼宾服务如果没有礼宾部在的情况下并处理与礼宾部相关的事宜。
