Major Responsibilities 主要职责:
Coordinate, supervise and follow up proper, efficient and polite service.
协调,管理和遵从礼貌周到的有效率服务。
Aware of changes of menus, daily specials, wine vintage etc. Advise his /her colleague so as to be able to make suggestion and recommendation to the guests.
菜单的变化,每日特别推荐,葡萄酒等并通知员工以便推荐给客人。
Remain in restaurant throughout the service ready to attend to guests at anytime.
保持餐厅的所有服务以便随时准备为客人服务。
Constantly check on guest’s satisfaction in the restaurant.
不断地核查客人是否对餐厅服务满意。
Job Specification职位要求:
2 years hotel work experience(desirable).
最好具备2年以上的酒店工作经验。
Oral fluency in Chinese & English.
中英文口语流畅。
Mature and ability to supervise.
成熟以及有管理能力。
