Major Responsibilities 主要职责:
Assigns staff to respective areas. Checks on the coming shift and the following day’s status to ensure adequate manning. Ensures all rooms are assigned to staff for cleaning.
分配员工到各自的区域,检查下一个班次和第二天的状态,确保足够的劳动力,确保所有的房间都分配给了员工。
Monitors Room Attendants' schedules and prepares staff roster. Advises superior of requirements for additional manpower when it is high occupancy.
监督和准备服务员的排班,若遇到高客房率,需要额外的人手,通知上级。
Checks linen on hand on a daily basis. Ensures sufficient linen in pantries. Contacts coordinator for additional linen supplies. Checks quality of linen and advises of any deficiencies or damaged linen.
每天检查现有的布巾,确保工作间有足够的布草,如需要额外的联系文员,检查布巾质量,如有缺陷或破损,要及时通知。
Conduct orientation and induction for new employee. Prepares and utilizes position profile sheet. Conducts and record on-the-job training.
对于新进的员工,准备员工培训计划,进行两周左右的岗位培训,并作记录。
Job Specification职位要求:
Minimum 2-3 years housekeeping experience at the same position in a 5 star hotel.
具备五星级酒店2-3年同岗位工作经验。
Excellent skill in rooms cleaning.
熟练掌握客房清洁技能。
Oral and written fluency in Chinese & English.
良好的英语和中文表达。
