Major Responsibilities 主要职责：
To be responsible for fire security, monitoring and recording of the CCTV apparatus, and on duty reports.
负责消防安全及闭路电视监控系统的仪表和信号的监控和录像，并做好值班记录。
If approached by guest with problem, take ownership until guest is satisfied.
要非常礼貌，主动的帮客人解决问题，直到客人满意。
Build and maintain a good working relationship with all colleagues and all other departments.
与本部门及其他部门员工间建立良好的工作关系。
Complete all assigned tasks in time.
按时完成上级交付的各项任务。
Job Specification职位要求:
1 year hotel work experience (desirable).
具备1年以上的酒店工作经验。
