Major Responsibilities 主要职责:
Discreet in dealing with guests over the phone and ensure all orders and requests are noted down and handled professionally.

Ensure all food and beverages delivery time frame are communicated with all guests.

Sound knowledge of all items in the room service menu and always make recommendation to guests.

Provide courteous, efficient and professional service at all times.

Job Specification职位要求:
Minimum of 2 years hotel experience.
至少两年同等职位酒店工作经验。
Good communication skills and service oriented.
具有良好的沟通能力和服务意识。
Oral fluency in Chinese & English.
中英文口语流畅。
