Major Responsibilities 主要职责：
Assist IT Manager to monitor IT system user list and user right. Guide the user to properly use the computer and network.
协助信息技术经理监管信息系统用户及权限，并指导各部门合理的使用计算机系统及网络。
Assist IT Manager to prepare of Monthly system user list.
协助信息技术经理准备月度系统用户审核清单。
Monitoring system use and security.
监控系统的使用和安全。
Apply system upgrades.
应用系统更新。
Analysis of system problems, rectify errors (seek external assistance if required).
分析系统问题，纠正错误（在需要时寻求外部帮助）。
Responsible for all computers, printers and other system equipment to ensure adequately maintained.
负责确保正确维护所有电脑，打印机和其它系统设备。
Provide IT system support to all other department with good and professional attitude.
以良好和专业的态度为其他部门提供信息系统的专业支持。
Job Specification 职位要求:
At least 3 years of work experience at this position in luxury hotel.
具备五星级酒店同等职位三年以上工作经验。
Good communication skills and service oriented.
具有良好的沟通能力和服务意识。
