Major Responsibilities 主要职责：
Luggage delivery and storage.
协助宾客提拉行李及行李寄存服务。
Greet guests on arrival and escort the guests to reception.
向到达客人问候，并引领客人至前台。
Familiar with areas of local interest, locations, theater productions, sporting and cultural events, etc.
熟悉景点景区，团体活动，戏剧演出，体育运动盛会和地域文化盛会。
Find new ways to exceed guest expectation during the guests stay.
在客人入住期间寻求新方式超越客人期待。
Job Specification职位要求:
At least 1 year work experience in a five stars hotel.
具备五星级酒店前厅部一年以上工作经验。
Good communication skills and service oriented.
具有良好的沟通能力和服务意识。
Fluent in English.
