【岗位职责】
1. Responsible for assisting the Assistant Executive Housekeeper in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in the guestrooms on the floors through effective administration, training and supervision of staff.
协助助理行政管家以有效的管理，培训及监督员工来维持客房标准的清洁质量。
2. Always work closely with the Reception to ensure correct room status.
与前台密切合作,随时确保正确的客房状态。
3. Check the staff duty conditions, assign floors, tasks and duties to Room Attendants and Supervisor.
检查员工工作情况，安排楼层主管和服务员工作。
4. Ensure highest standard of cleaning by constantly circulating all areas involved, providing support and coaching.
随时监督指导客房服务,确保高标准的清洁。为员工提供支持和培训。
5. Ensure guest privacy is respected when DND status displayed.
确保“请勿打扰”状态时客人的隐私得到尊重。
6. Supervise turn-down service.
监督夜床服务。
7. Responsible for strict key control.
负责严格的钥匙领取程序。
8. Report maintenance issues promptly to Engineering.
即时向工程部报告维修申请。
9. Ensure compliance of Lost &Found procedures.
确保遵循失物招领程序。
10. Keep floor linen rooms neat and tidy.
保持楼层布草间的整洁。
11. Assist Assistant Housekeeping Manager in supervising the overall operation of Housekeeping.
协助管家部助理行政管家保持客房的全部运行。
12. Ensure that all occupied rooms are serviced daily.
确保所有的住客房间每天得到服务。

2. Through knowledge in make-up and turn down bed procedure.

3. Thorough knowledge in the proper use and maintenance of housekeeping equipment.

4. Extensive knowledge of floor operations and management.

5. Should know how to prepare floor budget with minimal supervision.
了解如何准备楼层客房的预算应对成本控制。
6. Outgoing and pleasant character with good inter-personal communication skills.
性格外向容易相处，良好的沟通技巧。
7. Able to operate computer software program.
