Loss Prevention Supervisor 防损主管

【岗位职责】
1. Responsible for creating a safe and secure environment for guests in or outside the store.
负责为住店或店外客人创造一个安全可靠的环境。
2. Assist loss prevention manager to be responsible for the safety of the department's duty posts.
协助防损经理对部门的当值岗位安全负责。跟进所有防损员的工作安排， 准确无误地跟进并完成工作任务。
3. Follow up the work arrangements of all loss prevention officers, follow up and complete the work tasks accurately.

4. Comply with hotel’s policies, regulations, and service standards.
遵守酒店的规章制度和服务标准。
5. Maintains hotel security policies , implements hotel standard policies and practices, adheres to departmental standards.
能维护酒店的安全政策和方针，执行酒店标准政策措施，遵守部门的标准和程序。
6. Ability to follow work schedules and organize and delegate tasks in order of priority.
能够服从工作安排，按主次组织分配和委派工作。
【岗位要求】
1. At least 2 years working experience in hotel.
具有两年以上从事酒店的工作的经历。
2. Able to organize and direct employees to complete work tasks according to work norms and requirements.
能够组织指挥员工按工作规范和要求完成工作任务。
3. Ability to participate in case and accident investigation.
能够参与案件、事故调查工作的能力。
4. Able to write general investigation reports.
能够书写一般调查报告。
5. Understand hotel safety management and be familiar with fire business knowledge.
了解酒店安全管理并熟悉消防业务知识。
6. Ability to operate office software.
能够操作办公室软件。
