【岗位职责】
1. To administer the day to day operations of the restaurant outlet in such a manner as to maximize revenues and minimize costs with particular attention to complete guest satisfaction, associate welfare.

2. Preparation of the yearly department budget by using history & forecasting techniques to develop an aggressive budget that reflects the achievable capabilities.
通过回顾和预测的方法,准备部门的年度预算。
3. Accurately forecast business demands to ensure efficient staffing & food production.
精确预计生意情况并有效安排员工和食品。
4. To ensure the efficient scheduling of management & associates.
确保有效的安排所有人员的排班表。
5. To ensure the awareness & enforcement of all Marriott SOP & Property LSOP.
确保了解和执行万豪酒店的标准和程序。
6. Enforce operational Standards that are periodically reviewed & updated.
确保运营标准周期性的回顾和更新。
7. Be responsible for maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards at all times.
始终保持部门的安全和卫生达到标准。
8. Enforce Marriott’s 43-point sanitation checklist by having all outlets inspected on a monthly basis.
执行万豪的43项卫生清洁标准,每月以该标准对部门进行检查。
9. Be responsible for asset management of all outlet property & facilities.
负责部门固定资产的管理。
10. Conduct a preventative maintenance inspection on a monthly basis.
做好每月预防性的检查工作。
11. Enforce Marriott Principles of Hospitality at all times.
始终贯彻万豪热情好客的原则。
【岗位要求】
1. Minimum 3 years experience working in restaurant of a sizeable organization.
至少3年的相似工作经验,具有一定的组织能力。
2. Good command of Written and Spoken Mandarin.
流利的普通话。
3. Good knowledge of Conversational English.
流利的英语。
