【岗位职责】
1. Responsible for the service of all catering food and beverage direct all catering service efforts toward guest satisfaction, the achievement/maintenance of division stands.
负责宴会部所有服务,为了满足客人直接参与服务工作,保证部门达到标准。
2. Maintain organization of banquet service areas.
维护宴会厅区域的整齐有序。
3. Review menu/service (BEO) with Banquet Chef and Event Team on a daily basis.
与宴会厅厨师每天核对菜单和接待通知单。
4. Co-ordinate any additional set-up requirements with banquet assist manager according to guest’s need.
与宴会厅副经理沟通任何客人的额外要求。
5. Co-ordinate all food requirements with the kitchen, including accurate counts for preparation and plating.
与厨房协调所有有关食品的要求,包括数量和出品方式。
6. Co-ordinate all liquor requirements with the beverage manager. Be responsible for maintaining budgeted banquet beverage cost, complete the Function breakdown and daily Inventory.
与酒吧经理联络,负责客人对酒水的需求,负责维持宴会厅酒水成本的预算。
7. Assign work/functions to team & shift Leaders based on the BEOs.
分配主管领班工作。
8. Directly supervise the work of banquet team & shift leaders and servers and personally observe the performance of all banquet service associates.
直接管理宴会厅主管领班和服务员的工作,并观察所有员工的工作表现。
9. Directly responsible for the grooming standards and appearance of all Banquet service associates.
负责所有宴会厅员工的仪容仪表。
10. Insure that all schedule Banquet functions take place on time and according to plan and make last minute change if in need .
确保宴会会议按照计划准时开始及预计可能的变化如果客人需要的话。
11. Make personal contact with guests an assist them with any requests.
与顾客建立个人联系,帮助他们解决任何问题。
【岗位要求】
1. Minimum of two years of banquet supervisory experience.
最少两年宴会厅管理经验。
2. Demonstrated excellent communication and hospitality skills.
