【岗位职责】
1. Assume responsibility for the daily operations of the Renaissance Lobby Bar or in any other assigned outlet to ensure a smooth running, profitable operation within the frame work of the hotel.
承担对大堂吧的日常营运的责任或任何其它分配的工作以确保运转平稳,并且在酒店框架中进行。
2. Assist in working toward positive financial results.
协助部门向积极的预算结果努力。
3. Assist in ensuring that scheduling is done accurately and in a timely manner.
确定本部门的正确工作安排并且及时地执行。
4. Assist in maintaining a highly motivated and well-trained staff.
保持对员工较高的鼓励和较好的员工培训。
5. Train, maintain and enforce all Food and Beverage service standards in the outlet.
培训、保持和加强酒吧的服务标准。
6. Enforce the established drink recipe and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality
beverage to our guests in accordance with the approved bar guide.
按照酒吧要求加强建立酒水配方和酒水展示来确保服务给客人的酒水质量保持一致。
7. Properly execute revenue and check control procedures on shift.
正确地运用检查控制程序。
8. Handle daily associate relations (i.e. scheduling, time adjustments and duty work).
处理日常员工关系 (例如： 排班,班次调整以及工作职能分配)。
9. Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment for all associate and guests.
为所有的员工和客人保持安全和卫生的工作环境。
【岗位要求】
1. Demonstrated strong hospitality and communication skills.
良好的好客和沟通技巧。
2. Demonstrated good communication in English and Mandarin.
良好英语和普通话沟通能力。
3. College Degree or above.
大专及以上学历
4. At least 2 year working experience.
至少具有两年的工作经验。
