【岗位职责】
1. Manage the daily management and cleaning of kitchen and dining utensils, recruit stewarding staff, including dishwasher cleaning, kitchen facilities cleaning and maintenance, and silverware maintenance.

2. Train and instruct staff to implement all Marriott hotel standards and policies.

3. Directly responsible for sanitation of all culinary, storage and buffet areas.

4. Directs, monitors dishwashing practices and ensures compliance with all government food safety regulations and FSQM requirements.

5. Perform all duties of utility associates as necessary.

6. Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.

7. Perform dry and wet waste sorting as required.

8. Manage all equipment, china, glass and silver and ensures adequate clean supplies of each.

9. Know and enforce proper cleaning routines for service ware equipment floors etc.

10. Enforce proper stuff for banquets, restaurants, room service and associates cafeteria.

11. Inventory records ledger.Conduct regular inventory for china, glass and silverware, kitchen utensils .
