Building Service Engineer 楼宇服务工程师

【岗位职责】
1. To assist Chief engineer in the management, organization and control of all areas of responsibilities as established by the hotel.
协助总工程师管理，组织运行和控制酒店指定工程部负责的区域。
2. To ensure the following policies & procedures are implemented and maintained :
保证集团的政策和标准程序得到执行：
·fire & life safety program消防生命安全程序
·effective preventive maintenance program高效酒店预防性维护保养程序
·work request ( work order ) program申请维修程序
·Energy conservation program节约能源计划
·Water & sewage quality control program供水和排水水质控制计划
·Training program安排培训
·Physical security program总体安全计划
·Implement other policies & procedures of Group集团其他标准的执行
3. To provide supervision and guidance and on the job training to associates and to follow up on work progress to ensure that it is properly carried out and completed on time schedule with acceptable quality. Constantly review & inspect completed works (preventive and work request) for any deficiencies that need to be follow up for accuracy and completeness.
管理和指导在岗培训，检查工作程序以便保证工作按时和保质保量的完成。经常回顾和检查已经完成的工作（预防性维护和维修）及时发现不足，以便跟进落实和完成。
4. To assist Chief Engineer to work out the development plan for the budget, and supervise and manage the department expenses to meet the budget.
协助总工制定部门费用使用计划，并且监督、管理部门费用使用情况，达到预算标准。
5. To maintain contact and good rapport with the local authorities, contractors, suppliers. And to familiarize self with all local laws, particularly as they pertain to the building, engineering codes & practices.
与当地权威部门，承包商，供应商保持良好关系。熟悉当地有关建筑和工程方面的法规和条例。
6. To implement and maintain the work request program and preventive maintenance program to ensure it is complied, completed and accurate.
发展和建立申请维修程序和预防维护计划，保证工作得到落实，完成和符合标准。
【岗位要求】
1. Min 5 years working experience above engineering supervisor level in similar capacity, preferably from international hotel chains.
至少5年工程主管以上的相关行业工作经验，具有国际连锁酒店工作经验优先。
2. Good knowledge and hand on skills of operation, repair and maintenance.
良好工程知识和全面掌握设备运行，维修和维护技能。
3. Knowledge of PC、Office、CAD and office application software.
熟练使用电脑Office、CAD和相关软件。
4. Personnel management, training and other skills and group requirements of knowledge and skills.
具有人员管理、培训等方面的技能和集团要求掌握的知识和技能。
