【岗位职责】
1.Plans, directs, controls, co-ordinates all design and promotional materials under the general guidance and supervision of the Marcom manager and within the limits of established hotel policies and procedures in order to maintain the prestigious image of the hotel.
在市场传讯经理的要求下,计划,执行,控制,协调所有设计和宣传材料,并且确保执行酒店的规章制度,并维护酒店良好的形象。
2. Develops and aids the formulation of new design concepts.
发展并创新设计思路和理念。
3. Contributes decoration ideas and designs for in-house events/exhibitions.
为酒店内部的活动展览策划设计相关装饰品。
4. Plans and designs materials and collateral in support of promotions, hotel's literature and advertisements.
计划并设计相关材料来确保完成对酒店宣传和广告方面的需要。
5. Ensures designs meet with the standards in the corporate ID manual and that a consistent and quality image is projected.
确保设计符合相关设计指南的标准和要求,并且持续保持设计的高质量。
6. Aids with creative visuals to accompany advertising, direct and electronic marketing programmed where necessary.
在制作设计酒店广告以及相关平面媒体和电子广告时要确保有生动的视觉表现。
7. Supervises internal photo shoots.
负责酒店内部的拍摄活动。
8. Ensures that the advertising creative is in synergy with Marriott International, projecting a consistent and quality message.
确保广告设计符合万豪国际酒店集团的标准要求,并且持续保持设计的高质量。
【岗位要求】
1. Leadership skills and knowledge of all tasks within the area of responsibility.
在责任范围内掌握领导才能和所有工作任务的知识。
2. Knowledge and experience in Internet and other major computer programs.
掌握并具有互联网及其它主要电脑软件方面的知识和经验。
3. Knowledge in e-commerce mass communication, creative graphic design, innovative copy writing, and editing .Knowledge of local & international market.
了解电子商务、大众传播、平面创意设计和具有创新性的写作与编辑能力,对本地市场及国际市场有基本的了解。
