【岗位职责】
1. Responsible verifying that operations are in compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. Advises on proper food handling practices and provides food hygiene training for all new hires and trainees.
确保符合卫生和食品安全标准,建议正确的食品处理实践、对新入职同事及实习生进行食品卫生培训。
2. Identifies key areas of risk in various food operations and takes preemptive remedial action.
识别各种食品运作的关键风险区域,并采取优先改进行动。
3. Provides technical advice on product labeling issues for fulfilling government requirements.
针对产品标签问题提供技术建议以满足当地政府法规要求。
4. Verifies compliance with Brand Standard Audit (BSA) requirements of Marriott International throughout the operations.
确保品牌标准审计要求贯穿于整个餐饮运作。
5. Advises and monitors food handlers on the proper good handling practices and verifies their observance.
建议和监控食品准备者是按照正确的食品处理实践进行,并核实他们的遵守情况。
6. Identifies key areas of risk in various food operations and takes preemptive remedial action.
识别各种食品运作的关键风险区域,并采取优先改进行动。
7. Verifies compliance with food and hygiene regulations, licensing conditions and codes of practice relating to food operations.
确保符合食品和卫生法规、证照条件、食品准备的相关准则。
8. Responsible for the daily administrative work of the department.
负责行政办公室日常行政工作。
9. Handling incoming calls and assist in handling guest enquire.
来电接待及协助处理客户咨询。
10. To manage the office supplies inventory of the department and minimize any wastage.
处理部门办公室用品的仓储订购及分配,同时尽量减少浪费。
11. Preparing meeting minutes and distribute to related personnel.
完成会议记录并分发给相关人员。
12. Assist in compiling periodical reports.
协助完成定期报告。
13.Conduct regular filing audits and report to General Manager on any defects.
负责日常文档资料的审核,如发现问题及时上报给总经理。
【岗位要求】
1. High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
大专及以上文凭,2年餐饮、厨房或相关专业领域工作经验。
2. 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major. 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
或酒店和餐厅管理工作经验;酒店、工商管理或相关专业的2年大学学历;2年客房服务、前台、客房服务或相关专业领域的工作经验。
3. Good interpersonal skills.
良好的人际交往能力。
4. Ability to communicate effectively with various departments.
能够同其他部门有效的沟通。
