【岗位职责】
1. Provide leadership and direction for the Executive Lounge. Responsibilities include training, motivating and managing the Executive Lounge associate keeping guest hospitality as the number one focus.
领导和指引行政楼层的运作。职责包括培训、激励和管理行政楼层的员工将热情服务客人作为首要的关注点。
2. The manager should ensure that each associate has sufficient resources to perform their job well and constantly seek to improve the methods to meet the guest needs.
行政楼层经理应当确保每位员工都有充足的资源来很好的开展工作,并经常探寻有助改进工作的方法以满足客人的需要。
3. Comply with hotels' policies, regulations, and service standards while adhering to local laws and regulations.
遵守酒店的规章制度和服务标准,同时遵守当地的法律法规。
4. Understands employee and guest satisfaction results
and developing game plans to attack need areas and expand on the strengths.
了解员工和客人的满意度结果,制定行动计划,以满足需求领域并扩大优势。
5. Assists employees in understanding guests’ ever-changing needs and expectations, and exceeding them.
协助员工了解客人的需求做到超越客人需求和期望
6. Publishes all guest satisfaction results in a timely fashion including all guest satisfaction forms, comment cards and guest letters.
及时公布所有宾客满意度结果,包括所有宾客满意度表格、意见卡和宾客信件。
7. Ensure that guest complaints are properly logged and acted upon by trying to avoid any guest leaving the hotel.
确保迅速、正确记录与解决客人投诉,尽量避免客人带着不满意离开酒店。
【岗位要求】
1. High school diploma or GED.
高中文凭或GED。
2. 4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
4年以上宾客服务、前台或相关专业领域的工作经验。
3. Minimum 4 years of relative area work experience; minimum 1 years of management experience.
至少4年相关领域工作经验;至少1年管理经验。
其他要求
